We're looking for an exceptional Senior Team Leader who is ready to work alongside our Registered Manager and the team to inspire our team, champion outstanding care and help create a home where residents, families and colleagues thrive.

As Senior Team Leader, you'll work closely with our Registered Manager, acting as a trusted leader within the home. We are a 30-bed independent residential care home where community is important, and we treat everyone like family.
You'll help create a positive culture where high standards are the norm, people enjoy coming to work, and residents receive exceptional care.
You'll:
- Lead and inspire by example every day. Role models are important.
- Support and coach care staff to reach their full potential.
- Encourage a culture of learning, openness and continuous improvement.
- Help maintain outstanding standards of quality, safety and person-centred care.
- Support audits, governance and quality improvement projects.
- Build trusted relationships with residents, relatives and professionals.
- Help solve problems, improve systems and make Manor House even better.
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who:
- Has a level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, with at least 2 years' experience in a care home environment
- Is naturally positive, enthusiastic and compassionate.
- Wants to work in partnership with our Registered Manager to improve.
- Is confident leading a team and making decisions.
- Loves developing and supporting other people.
- Thrives in a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Has high standards and takes pride in doing things well.
Experience in elderly or dementia care is important, but we're equally interested in your attitude, character and desire to learn.
