We're looking for a chef to join our catering team at Savoy Cinema and The Ritz Penzance. The hours are flexible, and this could be either a part-time or full-time position, to be discussed with the right candidate.
You will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes to a high standard, paying particular attention to presentation and efficiency using fresh produce, as well as achieving consistency, sustaining profitability, managing stock levels, maintaining our 5-star food hygiene rating and, we hope, play a role in helping to push the business.
The perfect candidate will have a positive attitude, experience in a commercial kitchen and be confident cooking on their own or with a small team. An interest in film is always a plus!
