We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join a well‑established business specialising in high‑quality domestic and commercial carpentry works. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tradesperson who values precision, takes pride in craftsmanship and can work independently across a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out first‑fix and second‑fix carpentry to a high standard
- Install doors, skirting, architraves, flooring and general joinery
- Work on refurbishment, maintenance and new‑build projects
- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and on schedule
- Communicate clearly with clients, supervisors and team members
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Requirements
Must‑Have
- Minimum 5 years’ carpentry experience
- Strong skills in both first‑fix and second‑fix work
- Own transport and full UK driving licence
- Own tools
- Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality workmanship
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
Desirable
- CSCS card
- Experience working on residential refurbishments or commercial fit‑outs
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
