Lolly Logistics is the central logistics, warehousing and fulfilment company within our Group.
We provide logistics and operational support to multiple trading businesses, including fresh produce, wholesale food, beverages and distribution companies. Our services include warehousing, inventory management, fulfilment, transportation, import & export coordination and fleet operations.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, proactive and motivated Operations & Logistics Coordinator to become a key member of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations.
- Plan and monitor deliveries and transport activities.
- Prepare customer invoices and internal service invoices.
- Support accounting and administrative processes.
- Maintain warehouse records and operational documentation.
- Coordinate Goods In activities and inventory movements.
- Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers and suppliers.
- Assist with import and export documentation.
- Coordinate customs, freight forwarders and transport providers.
- Monitor shipment progress and delivery schedules.
- Manage operational data using Odoo ERP.
- Produce operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain administration.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred but not essential).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Good written and spoken English.
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
