The Role We're looking for a Facilities Team Member to keep our site safe, tidy and fully operational. You'll be hands-on with general maintenance and repairs, routine inspections and day-to-day facilities support — the kind of person who spots a problem early and just gets on and sorts it.
What you'll do:

Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry and garden maintenance

Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards

Ensure cleanliness and organisation of all common areas, including the yard and operations areas

Assist with setting up meetings and office relocations

Monitor and replenish facility supplies, including cleaning materials and office essentials

Respond to maintenance requests from departments in a timely manner
-
Collaborate with external contractors and service providers as needed

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Operate and maintain tools, equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

Support emergency response procedures, including fire drills and evacuation plans
What you'll bring:

High school GCSEs or equivalent; technical training is a plus

Previous experience in facilities maintenance, janitorial work or a related field is preferred, with basic knowledge of tools and plant equipment

Basic knowledge of plumbing, garden equipment and plant equipment

Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

A practical, hands-on approach across plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance tasks

Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests

A safety-first mindset and awareness of site compliance requirements
