Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Moped Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering orders efficiently and courteously within designated areas. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a moped to deliver orders to customers within specified timeframes
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on delivery status and addressing any queries politely
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the moped, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
- Keep accurate records of deliveries made, including times and recipient details
- Adhere to company policies regarding delivery procedures and safety protocols
Experience
- Previous experience in delivery services or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Customer service experience is highly desirable, demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude
- Valid UK driving licence with no major endorsements is required
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple deliveries efficiently
