Job Summary
Due to continued growth SBC Builders Ltd require a time served Plumber / Gas Engineer to join our existing workforce .
Works generally involve working in Social Housing Voids and occasional occupied properties undertaking tasks such as Kitchen and Bathroom 1st and 2nd Fixs , Radiator replacements , Wet Room Installations and general plumbing repairs .
Other projects will involve working on Private extensions and refurbishments.
Sites throughout the North East but generally , Co Durham & Teesside
Requirements -
- CSCS Card Prefered
- Own tools required.
- Full UK driving license
- Minimum 5 Years Plumbing / Gas experience
- Social Housing / Refurbishment experience preferred
Benefits -
- £17 - £20 per Hour (Rate of pay determined by experience)
