Role Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and approachable Volunteer Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) to act as the main point of contact between our supporters and the club. This role is perfect for someone passionate about football, community engagement, and improving the supporter experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for supporters on match days and via email/phone.
- Listen to supporter feedback, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
- Communicate supporter views to the club’s management team.
- Promote positive interactions between supporters and club staff.
- Help organise supporter initiatives and events where needed.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Interest in football and supporter engagement.
- Reliable and able to attend match days and occasional events.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues confidentially.
