This is a permanent opportunity with a long-established social housing and public-sector contractor, overseeing retrofit, fire safety and associated refurbishment works across London and Kent.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery of works across multiple sites, managing operatives and subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required standard.
The position would suit an experienced Contracts Supervisor, Site Supervisor or Senior Supervisor with a background in social housing, retrofit, fire safety or planned refurbishment works.
The Role:
- Overseeing retrofit, FRA and associated refurbishment works
- Managing direct operatives and subcontractors across multiple sites
- Coordinating programmes, workloads and day-to-day delivery
- Carrying out site, quality and Health & Safety inspections
- Monitoring progress, workmanship and compliance
- Liaising with clients, residents, Contracts Managers and project teams
- Managing site documentation and reporting
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to specification
What We're Looking For:
- Supervisory experience within social housing or public-sector refurbishment
- Experience with retrofit, FRA, fire safety or planned works
- Strong general building and maintenance knowledge
- Experience managing operatives and subcontractors across multiple sites
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and site compliance
- CSCS Card
- Full UK manual driving licence
- SSSTS or SMSTS desirable

Pay: £55,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
