Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Hyperbaric Oxygen Operations Lead to oversee and coordinate all aspects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of hyperbaric treatments, leading a team of volunteers. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, uphold safety standards, and foster a collaborative environment that prioritises patient care and staff development. Duties
- Lead the daily operations of hyperbaric oxygen chambers, ensuring all sessions are delivered safely and efficiently in accordance with regulatory standards
- Supervise, train, and mentor volunteer hyperbaric chamber operators to maintain high levels of competency and professionalism
- Conduct regular safety inspections, equipment maintenance checks, and emergency preparedness drills to uphold the highest safety standards
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of treatments, safety logs, incident reports, and compliance records in line with external regulations and internal protocols
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analysing operational data, implementing best practices, and encouraging team development
Skills
- Previous staff and/or volunteer supervision
- Strong understanding of hyperbaric oxygen therapy procedures, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with staff and members
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to hyperbaric chambers and associated equipment swiftly and effectively
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills for managing schedules, documentation, and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality assurance, and continuous learning
Pay: From £20,027.00 per year
