Bartender | Mala
We are looking for confident, friendly and experienced bartenders to join the team at Mala.
Mala is a busy city centre venue with a fast paced atmosphere, so we are looking for people who are reliable, energetic and comfortable working under pressure while still providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and soft drinks
- Providing friendly and professional service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation behind the bar
- Taking payments and handling orders accurately
- Restocking and keeping the bar organised throughout service
- Following licensing, health and safety and responsible service procedures
- Working closely with the wider team during busy services and events
What We Are Looking For
Previous bar experience is needed, particularly within a busy hospitality environment. Cocktail experience is an advantage.
You must be reliable, confident, well presented and able to work evenings and weekends.
