Are you looking to start a rewarding career in the property industry? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Property Manager to join our growing team at Coco Property Group.
No previous property experience is required. We are looking for someone with excellent GCSEs/A Levels (or equivalent), a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Lettings Property Manager, you'll receive full training in all aspects of residential property management, including:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Arranging repairs and maintenance.
- Organising compliance certificates, including Gas Safety, EICRs and EPCs.
- Carrying out regular property inspections.
- Dealing with tenancy renewals and tenancy administration.
- Handling maintenance enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Learning current housing legislation and best practice.
- Providing outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants.
What We're Looking For
We're more interested in your attitude than your experience. You'll ideally have:
- Excellent GCSE and/or A-Level results (or equivalent).
- A professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A positive, proactive approach to work.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new software.
- A full UK driving licence (or working towards obtaining one) would be advantageous.
