Its getting busy in our little bakery and we need a new addition to our craft bakery team.
We are looking for someone to join our team who is keen, reliable, conscientious, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and passionate about bread and doesn't mind early starts and has an aptitude to work as part of a small dedicated team.
You must be able to demonstrate a passion for baking.
Experience is essential in the production of cakes and pastries. Cakes to be made from a recipe, baked and finished, ready to be sold in our shop.
The bakery is a busy, fast paced environment, so you need to be able to work to deadlines and be able to carry out some physical work. Night shift starting time of 10pm. Around 40 hours a week over 6 days. Salary - dependable on experience. Hours/shifts negotiable
Job will involve correlating orders, weighing up, mixing, producing a variety of loaves and running the oven.
