SIAM Supplier ManagerJob Summary
We are looking for an experienced SIAM Supplier Manager to manage and coordinate multiple IT service providers. The role will focus on supplier performance, SLA management, service integration, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with multiple IT suppliers and service providers.
- Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs and OLAs.
- Conduct regular supplier performance and governance reviews.
- Coordinate between suppliers, customers and internal IT teams.
- Manage supplier issues, escalations and service improvement plans.
- Ensure suppliers meet contractual and service requirements.
- Support supplier onboarding, transition and offboarding activities.
- Identify and manage supplier-related risks and compliance issues.
- Drive continuous improvement and service quality initiatives.
- Prepare supplier performance reports and present them to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SIAM, ITSM, ITIL and Supplier/Vendor Management.
- Experience working in a multi-vendor IT environment.
- Good understanding of SLA, KPI, OLA and contract management.
- Experience with service governance and performance management.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving and escalation management skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is an advantage.
Experience & Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in IT Service Management, SIAM, Supplier Management, Service Delivery or Vendor Management.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management or a related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification – Mandatory.
- SIAM certification – Preferred.
- ServiceNow certification/experience – Preferred.
