Deliver with Danzen Logistics
Danzen Logistics is recruiting self-employed multi-drop delivery drivers to support a major e-commerce delivery operation from the Norwich depot. Immediate onboarding slots are available, with flexible full-time and part-time delivery opportunities across a 7-day operation.

Van, fuel, and insurance are provided free of charge for delivery duties only and must not be used for personal or private purposes.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Good time management and organisation
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Ability to pass a criminal background check (DBS)
- No more than 6 points on your driving licence
- Full UK or EU manual driving licence held for at least 1 year
Previous multi-drop or van driving experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.

- Safety shoes or boots
- Smartphone required for delivery and routing apps
- Phone holder for safe navigation use while driving
Work Patterns Available
Drivers can choose their working days within the below availability options:
Full-Time
- 4–6 days per week
- Must include at least 1 weekend day or alternate full weekends
Weekend-Only
- Weekend availability required
- Minimum 4 weekend days over a 4-week period
Typical delivery days are planned around 9 hours, including depot return time. Current start times are between 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, depending on the assigned delivery wave.
Training & Onboarding
Onboarding starts online and remotely — there's no need to come on-site for this stage. Our onboarding process is self-led and can usually be completed within 3–7 days, depending on how proactively candidates complete each step.
Training includes:
- Phase 1 – Online safety and delivery training: completed remotely from home
- Phase 2 – Ride-along practical training: this is when you'll first come on-site, to complete practical training with a trainer
- Phase 3 – Nursery delivery routes: supported live routes before going solo
Danzen Logistics covers the cost of your DBS check and provides full onboarding guidance throughout the process.
