Help shape the colleague benefits experience at OCS:
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Benefits Administrator to join our Reward, Pensions & Benefits team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, delivering excellent service, and ensuring colleagues receive the support they need from a wide range of benefit schemes.
You'll play a key role in the administration of company benefits and TUPE activity, working closely with internal teams, external providers and colleagues across the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Administering a broad range of employee benefit schemes and programmes
- Supporting benefits activity related to TUPE transfers
- Managing benefits data, reconciliations and payroll-related reporting
- Responding to colleague queries and providing clear, helpful guidance
- Working with external providers to maintain accurate scheme membership
- Supporting annual benefit renewals and ad-hoc benefit campaigns
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
What we're looking for:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy skills
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data and administration processes
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A proactive, organised and team-oriented approach
- High levels of integrity, confidentiality and GDPR awareness
Desirable:
- Experience of employee benefits, payroll or HR administration
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
