Frontline North West is an established Electrical contracting business. We are recruiting for the position of an Experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee Domestic Kitchen / Bathroom Rewires
The position will involve supervising both direct employed and sub contractor operatives to undertake Full Electrical Rewires to kitchens / Bathroom, Electric Heating across the Manchester region.
- Plan and manage workload for operatives
- Pre, post & WIP visits at 1st fix and 2nd fix stage.
- Liaise with Contracts manager daily and issue progress reports.
- Daily management of direct employed and sub-contractor operatives
- Manage all on site materials and van stock levels.
- Liaise with the client regarding progress and daily issues.
- Collate and counter sign electrical certification and issue to the client.
- General cost control of the contracts.
- Carry out and complete small tasks if required.
- Vehicle inspections and operative audits
- Delivering tool box talks
- Ensure Health and safety compliant.
- Manage company plant to ensure safe to use.
Previous Domestic Supervisor Experience is essential to the role.
The right candidate must be a fully time served electrician and hold the relevant qualifications to a min NVQ3 standard & 18th edition. The additional 2391 / 2394 testing qualification and experience is preferred but not essential. Previous experience as a NICEIC Qualified supervisor is preferred but not essential.
