About the Role
As an Unqualified Teacher at Willow Haven School, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and personalised learning experiences that meet the individual needs of our pupils.
Working closely with the wider education team, you will help create a safe, supportive and stimulating learning environment where children can build confidence, develop their skills and achieve positive outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a trauma-informed and therapeutic educational setting, supporting pupils who may have experienced significant challenges in their lives.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 4:30pm

What We're Looking For
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
Have experience working with children and young people, preferably within an educational or care setting
Are passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers to learning
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can build positive relationships with pupils, families and professionals
Are resilient, patient and committed to therapeutic and trauma-informed practice
Have good IT skills and the ability to support teaching and learning activities
Hold a full UK driving licence (desirable)
Have the right to work in the UK
Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals looking to develop a career within specialist education.
