We are seeking a skilled Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in working with metal. As a Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting components to meet precise specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Responsibilities
- Operate various cutting tools and machinery to produce components from metal.
- Loading and off loading delivery truck
- Ordering and maintaining stock levels
- Assemble components using hand tools and mechanical equipment.
- Grind edges and surfaces to ensure smooth finishes and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on cutting equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Combi lift license is essential
- Strong experience with hand tools and metal fabrication.
- Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Ability to assemble components effectively and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks performed.
