Chef – The George Hotel
The George Hotel is looking for a reliable and hardworking Chef to join our kitchen team.
We have full-time and part-time positions available and are looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy kitchen and takes pride in preparing good-quality food.
The role
- Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
- Working efficiently during busy services
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and hygienic
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Working as part of a friendly team
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Chef
- Holds a recognised cooking/chef qualification or certificate
- Is reliable and punctual
- Is able to work early morning starts
- Can work well under pressure
- Has a positive attitude and good work ethic

Pay: £14.00-£19.88 per hour
