Location: Witham, Essex
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am to 2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am to 2:00pm with an early finish

We are currently recruiting for a Window Fabricator to join a well established window manufacturing company based in Witham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long term role within manufacturing. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with production, assembly, warehouse or factory experience.
You'll gain experience across a variety of departments while becoming a valued member of a friendly production team.
The Role
As a Window Fabricator, you will:
- Support the manufacture and assembly of high quality windows
- Work across different production areas including fabrication, assembly, hanging lines, stores and packing
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Safely use tools and equipment following training
- Help maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Work as part of a supportive team to meet daily production targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehousing or a hands on role would be beneficial
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Full training provided

- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service
