We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) at Level 3 CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) for Transport Managers specializing in Road Haulage. Responsibilities
- Conduct internal assessments to verify that transport managers meet CPC requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal obligations.
- Develop, review, and improve assessment tools and quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of training delivery.
- Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques, including digital platforms such as Adobe Captivate, to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners and trainers, supporting continuous improvement in assessment quality.
- Monitor and evaluate training sessions for consistency, fairness, and adherence to accreditation criteria.
- Maintain comprehensive records of assessments, feedback, and quality assurance activities in line with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external awarding bodies and regulatory agencies to ensure ongoing compliance and accreditation standards are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering or assessing CPC Level 3 qualifications for Transport Managers within the road haulage sector.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey assessment criteria and feedback.
- Experience in teaching or training delivery, with a focus on adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning authoring tools to create engaging digital content.
- Knowledge of industry regulations related to road haulage and transport management compliance.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
