Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse operative to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and assembling products, quality control, etc.
Duties:
- Utilise mechanical knowledge to put together components.
- Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
- Conduct basic mathematical calculations to measure and cut materials accurately.
- Dispatch of goods in and out of the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and stick welding equipment.
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
- Good mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
