The Spinal Healthcare Technical Assistant (TA) plays a central role in the smooth operation of the clinic and the delivery of exceptional patient care.
This role supports clinically, administratively, and operationally to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care, remain committed to their care plans, and transition successfully into maintenance care within the House of Human Potential community.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and patient-focused, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
This role is essential in maintaining continuity of care, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently.
Clinical Assistance
- Prepare treatment rooms for spinal and cranial assessments and adjustments.
- Assist during consultations and examinations where required.
- Ensure all clinical equipment and treatment areas are prepared and maintained to a high standard.
- Support the patient journey during visits, ensuring a calm, professional, and welcoming environment.
- Record each client session onto software with attention to detail and accuracy.
Patient Care Plan Management
- Monitor patient attendance and adherence to prescribed care plans.
- Proactively follow up with patients who miss appointments or show signs of disengaging from care.
- Encourage and support patients to remain committed to their care plans.
- Identify any drop-off in patient attendance or engagement and report this to practitioners promptly.
- Provide regular feedback regarding patient progress
Patient Experience & Front of House Support
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to patients.
- Support front desk functions when required.
- Assist patients with booking appointments and navigating their care journey.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation within the clinic environment.
- Patient responses to care
- Care plan compliance
- Any concerns raised by patients.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
