The Park Hotel is a vibrant three-star hotel located in North Liverpool, with an extensive events programme and is an established and much sought after wedding venue. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at The Park Hotel to achieve and enhance the exemplary levels of service deserved by our customers.
Role is Part-time on a casual basis.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens
- Ensure public areas are clean and well-maintained
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to guests when needed
- Follow health and safety regulations in all cleaning tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous hotel experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
