GradeJob Purpose
To maintain Jigs /Fixtures and Tooling relating to manufacture of Exhausts /Fuel Fillers/Fuel tanks and Fuel Rails in a just in time environment.

Your Skills & Experience
Educational Foundation: Grade 5 or above in both Maths & English
Workplace Exposure: You have a basic understanding of Maintenance or Toolroom environments (this is a plus, but not a deal-breaker!).
The "Lean" Mindset: You’re familiar with lean manufacturing or the idea of continuous improvement—you like finding ways to do things better.
Great Communicator: You can explain technical ideas clearly, whether you're speaking to the team or writing a quick report.
Safety First: You have a solid grasp of safe working practices and take your Health & Safety responsibilities seriously.
Team Player: You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy building positive relationships with your colleagues.
