Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join their organisation. This role involves supporting various human resources functions, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring smooth HR operations. Responsibilities
- Manage and update employee information.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and liaising with candidates.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures, including documentation and system updates.
- Maintain organised files for employee documentation in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures via email or internal communication channels.
- Support HR projects related to organisational development, training programmes, and employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a fast paced administrative or HR support role within a professional environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in British English.
- Knowledge of human resources practices, employment legislation, and organisational policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
