We are looking for a creative and energetic person to join our teaching team, as part of a well-established international organisation, with over 40 years of operating history, full curriculum and training is provided to all teachers.
Drama Kids Sefton has been operating for 13years and we are looking for someone to join our fabulous team.
Applicants must be receptive to training, enjoy working with a team as well as demonstrate initiative and capability to work independently. They should have a desire to help students grow in confidence and self-esteem, whilst developing their communication and performance skills, by following the lesson plans and teaching techniques provided by the Academy.
Offer:
Days: Thursday – Crosby – 3-4pm
Friday – Churchtown – 4.30-6.30pm
Saturday – Lydiate – 10am-12pm
With the view of hours increasing.
Wage: £20/hour, starting salary, with view of increasing after first year.
Qualifications: Relevant teaching qualifications and/or experience working with young people. Experience in drama or the performing arts.
Age Groups of children: 4-16 years old
Contract: This is a permanent part- time, term-time, self-employed teaching position.

Essential:
· Full driving licence

Role will be offered subject to DBS check, two references and satisfactory completion of training.

First round interviews will take place in person in Liverpool on 3/4th September.
Second round interviews will take place in person on Tuesday 8th September.
If successful, training begins on Friday 11th September
Please Note: The position could suit someone with other part-time work if this can fit around these hours. Unfortunately, we do not have COVER TEACHERS so the position would only be suitable for teachers who are willing to give full commitment.
As there is some travel involved, please make sure you understand where the classes are held and how long it will take you to get there.
