We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hands-on Supervisor to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring exceptional customer service, high safety standards and smooth operation of play sessions, parties and the café. You will lead by example, motivate the team and help create memorable experiences for every family that visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operation of the venue.
- Lead, motivate and support team members during shifts.
- Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered at all times.
- Host and oversee children's birthday parties.
- Ensure all play equipment is monitored and safety procedures are followed.
- Carry out opening and closing procedures.
- Manage cashless till operations and customer payments.
- Support the café operation, including food preparation and maintaining food hygiene standards.
- Complete daily health and safety, cleaning and equipment checks.
- Deal professionally with customer enquiries and complaints.
- Assist with stock control and ordering.
- Support staff training and development.
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Confident leading a team.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience hosting children's parties.
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, soft play or children's entertainment.
Desirable:
- Food Hygiene Certificate.
- First Aid qualification.
- Safeguarding knowledge.

Working Hours
This role will involve a mixture of weekday, evening and weekend shifts. Flexibility is essential due to the nature of the business.
