Job Title: Sales & Social Media Assistant – Luxury Watches
Location: DK Watches, 495 Lord Street, Southport (In-Store Only)
Salary: National Minimum Wage (depending on age) + commission & performance bonuses
Hours: Full-time, 10am–4pm, 5–6 days per week, permanent
Start Date: Immediate start available
About Us
DK Watches is a luxury watch boutique specialising in Rolex, Omega, and other high-end timepieces. We operate both online and in-store, and we’re looking for a confident, organised, and proactive individual to join our team.
This role combines face-to-face sales with social media content creation, customer service, and stock management. You will play a key part in both driving in-store sales and growing our online presence.
You must be comfortable appearing on camera and speaking confidently about watches for TikTok and Instagram content. Creating multiple videos daily.
Key Duties
Sales & Customer Experience
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Present watches clearly and confidently, answering customer questions
- Build rapport and support the closing of sales
- Handle payments and issue receipts
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create TikTok and Instagram content featuring yourself on camera daily
- Present and discuss watches in a clear, confident, and engaging way
- Continuously improve content quality using trends and online learning
Customer Service (Online & In-Store)
- Respond to enquiries via Instagram, phone, and email professionally
- Maintain a high level of customer service across all channels
Stock Control & Admin
- Log watches into stock accurately upon arrival
- Update records when items are sold
- Maintain organised and accurate inventory
- Assist with basic admin tasks
General Store Duties
- Maintain showroom presentation and displays
- Unpack, organise, and package watches and accessories
- Assist with general day-to-day shop tasks
Skills & Requirements
- Some sales or customer-facing experience is preferred, but not essential. We’re looking for someone confident, driven, and willing to learn.
- Confident communicating face-to-face and on camera
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Experience with TikTok and Instagram content creation is preferred
- Willingness to learn and improve social media and sales skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a small team
- Watch knowledge is an advantage but not essential (training provided)
- Must live locally to Southport or be able to commute reliably
