This role is ideally suited to experienced leaders from Student Success, Customer Success, Retention, Contact Centre Operations, Customer Experience or Revenue Operations backgrounds. Applicants with a proven track record of leading high-volume retention or lifecycle functions and delivering measurable commercial outcomes are encouraged to apply.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll use insight, analytics, automation, and AI to solve complex challenges, improve student outcomes, and directly influence business growth.
We’re looking for someone with:
Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
Proven ability to improve retention, revenue and customer lifetime value through data-led interventions.
Experience leading high-performing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
Expertise in CRM systems, automation, and multi-channel engagement strategies.
This is not a marketing or campaign management role. It is an operational leadership position focused on customer/student retention, performance management, commercial outcomes, and leading high-performing teams.
