Graduate Technical Engineer, Cookstown
We are working with a specialist design and manufacturer of products for the construction industry to recruit for their new Technical Engineer who will work on a variety of projects.
- Provide technical support and engineering solutions, preparing accurate technical quotations for customers
- Key duties include completing load assessments, structural calculations, and lintel calculations for building control approval
- Recommend standard and bespoke lintel solutions for specific construction projects.
- Customer support by phone/email, occasional site or office visits, and preparing technical reports
What we are looking for….
- Degree educated, ideally within a construction / design related discipline and some experience (placement, intern or postgraduate) in a design role
- Confident IT skills
- Sound communication skills
