Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people? Age UK Sevenoaks and Tonbridge are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Independent Living and Support Team to help older clients to remain independent in their own homes by supporting with domestic tasks.
The role will include:
- Light domestic duties
- Some shopping calls
- Support with some medical appointments-Hospital -GP
- Social interaction and support throughout the calls
- 1-2-1 Supporting clients who maybe living with cognitive decline with enjoyable and stimulating activities.
