Our service is delivered remotely via telemedicine, supported by an experienced administration and patient support team. CB1 Pharmacy is our online dispensing partner, providing regulated private prescriptions including those issued by CB1 Medical and other UK clinics.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised and approachable Part-Time HR Administrator to support recruitment, onboarding and the day-to-day administration of our people processes.
The Role
This is a varied HR administration role supporting employees, managers and the wider business.
Working closely with the Part-Time HR Manager, you will help coordinate recruitment, maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR documentation and ensure routine people processes are completed consistently and on time.
The role would suit someone with experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination or office administration who is organised, discreet and interested in developing their HR career.
This is an on-site role based at our Leicester office.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinate job advertising, candidate communication and interview scheduling
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation using agreed templates
- Coordinate references, Right to Work checks, DBS checks and professional registration checks where relevant
- Ensure new starters receive the information, equipment and documentation they need
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Prepare routine letters relating to probation, salary changes, working hours, promotions and other employee changes
- Update HR systems, employee files and organisational records
- Monitor probation dates, contract reviews and other key deadlines
Absence, Leave and Employee Records
- Record sickness absence, annual leave and other types of leave accurately
- Ensure managers provide the required absence and return-to-work documentation
- Maintain records relating to flexible working and family-related leave
- Help identify missing information or overdue documentation
- Support the preparation of routine HR reports including headcount, absence, turnover and vacancies
Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Provide accurate information to payroll and finance regarding starters, leavers and employee changes
- Check that salary, hours and other contractual changes are recorded correctly
- Support the administration of employee benefits where required
- Respond to routine payroll queries and escalate issues appropriately
- Maintain clear records of information submitted to payroll
Policies and Compliance
- Help maintain current versions of HR policies, templates and forms
- Ensure employee documentation is filed accurately and remains audit-ready
- Support the HR Manager with policy reviews and updates
- Handle personal and sensitive information securely and confidentially
- Help ensure routine HR processes are followed consistently across the business
About You
You will be organised, approachable and comfortable handling confidential information.
You will ideally have:
Experience in an HR Administrator, Recruitment Administrator, People Administrator or similar role
Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding or employee documentation
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at the same time
A professional and discreet approach to confidential information
Confidence communicating with employees and managers at different levels
A proactive and helpful approach
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience using an HR system or applicant tracking system would be beneficial
A CIPD Level 3 qualification, or an interest in working towards one, would be beneficial but is not essential.
Experience within healthcare, pharmacy, a regulated industry or a growing operational business would be advantageous but is not essential.

Maintain recruitment records and provide regular updates on vacancies and candidates
Coordinate new starter onboarding and induction arrangements
Ensure new starters receive the information, equipment and documentation they need
HR Administration
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Prepare routine letters relating to probation, salary changes, working hours, promotions and other employee changes
Update HR systems, employee files and organisational records
Monitor probation dates, contract reviews and other key deadlines
Coordinate documentation for starters, leavers and internal changes
Support the return of company property and completion of leaver administration
Respond to routine employee queries and refer more complex matters to the HR Manager
