Our customer service department handles hundreds of customer enquiries per day, so you must be comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent accuracy, grammar and customer service standards.
You’ll be a first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming telephone calls and customer service tickets relating to orders placed through our website and online marketplaces including Amazon.
