Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Transformation & Process Improvement Consultant to join our organisation. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Develop detailed process maps and workflows to visualise current operations and recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and understand organisational objectives.
- Design and facilitate process improvement initiatives using recognised methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
- Lead change management efforts by communicating effectively with teams and ensuring smooth implementation of new processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends in business transformation and process optimisation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business analysis or process improvement roles within a corporate environment.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrable knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels effectively.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: £74,000.00 per year
