Role Overview
Circle UK Group is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Client Account Manager to support and manage strategic international client accounts within the logistics and infrastructure sector.
This is a UK-based position, initially focused on domestic operations, with a clear opportunity to expand into managing European client accounts as our international portfolio develops.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary UK-based point of contact for Mandarin-speaking client stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day client communications in Mandarin and English
- Coordinate service delivery, reporting, and performance reviews for UK sites
- Track KPIs, prepare monthly scorecards, and support contract compliance
- Liaise with internal operations teams and approved service partners
- Support client meetings, contract renewals, and service expansion discussions
- Progressively take responsibility for European client account management
Key Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in client account management, operations, or B2B service environments
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Professional, structured, and culturally aware communication style
- Comfortable working with international stakeholders and multi-site operations
- Experience in security, facilities management, logistics, or related sectors is an advantage
