We have an exciting opportunity for passionate and caring Support Workers to join Milewood Healthcare as we launch a brand-new residential service in Middlesbrough.
This new service will include:
- 3 independent flats
- 2 ensuite bedrooms within the house
We are building a completely new team and are looking for dedicated individuals who want to make a genuine difference in people’s lives every single day.

What We’re Looking For
Our ideal Support Worker will be:
- Reliable, friendly, and compassionate
- Positive, encouraging, and attentive
- Confident supporting residents with activities, hobbies, and community engagement
- Experienced in a care or support role (preferred)
- Comfortable administering medication
- A holder of a full UK driving licence
Key Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
- Monitoring, recording, and administering medication
- Supporting with personal care and mobility
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
- Completing light household duties
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting residents to achieve independence and personal goals
