About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Bookings/Sales Agent to join our office-based sales team in Ellesmere Port. This role focuses on contacting inbound enquiries only (no cold calling), engaging potential customers, and booking qualified appointments for our Field Sales Agents.
You’ll play a key role in the sales process by ensuring high-quality appointments that convert, while also having the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on converted appointments and completed, direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact inbound enquiries and speak with potential customers
- Qualify leads and book appointments for Field Sales Agents
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and bookings on the CRM system
- Coordinate appointment schedules efficiently
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused phone experience
What We’re Looking For
- Confident and clear telephone manner
- Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, or sales (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced office environment
- Able to work with CRM Systems and manage pipelines
