As an Operations Support Technician, you'll be responsible for:
Works to be carried out using the Gutter vacuum/ladders to clean, maintain and repair the gutters on Midland Heart properties.
Clearing and collecting waste and household items from both void and occupied properties, ensuring materials are disposed of responsibly and transferred to recycling facilities where appropriate
Supporting the upkeep of Midland Heart depots whilst carrying out basic building maintenance, lamp replacements, housekeeping activities, and facilities management tasks
Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance works including drainage, fencing, and paving repairs and replacements.
Conducting building safety and compliance checks and supporting the management of skips, recycling facilities, and depot operations
Maintaining accurate records of work completed, inspections undertaken, incidents, and risk assessments
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures
Providing excellent customer service and supporting a positive experience for tenants and colleagues
Contributing to the achievement of service standards, productivity targets, and operational KPIs

Our ideal candidate? We're looking for someone with:
Experience carrying out minor building maintenance, environmental services, grounds maintenance, or similar practical work
Experience using hand tools, power tools, or light machinery in a work environment
Experience working independently while managing workloads, tasks, or service requests effectively.
