TIV Logistics is a fast‑growing, service‑led logistics provider specialising in warehousing, transport and end‑to‑end supply chain solutions. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a detail‑driven and proactive Bookkeeper to support our finance operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
The Role
You will play a central role in maintaining our financial processes, supporting day‑to‑day bookkeeping, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including purchase invoices, sales invoices and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records within Xero
- Process supplier payments and monitor aged creditors
- Support credit control and customer account management
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
- Assist with payroll preparation and expense management
- Work closely with the Operations Director to ensure financial accuracy across transport and warehouse activities
- Support year‑end processes and liaise with external accountants when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Finance Administrator
- Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
- Experience within logistics, transport or warehousing (advantageous but not essential)
