The Role
You’ll be working as part of a skilled and professional team delivering high-quality residential projects from start to finish.
Projects include:
- Full home renovations
- Extensions
- Loft conversions
- Structural alterations
- First and second fix joinery
- Kitchens and bespoke carpentry
- Finishing joinery
- Working alongside architects, structural engineers and experienced tradespeople
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut and install timber and building materials accurately
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Carry out first and second fix joinery to a high standard
- Assist with roofing, structural work and general construction where required
- Work safely and efficiently using hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment
- Work closely with clients, colleagues and subcontractors
- Deliver workmanship that reflects the high standards of Stronger Home
What We’re Looking For

Pay: £19.00-£26.00 per hour
