Role responsibility
As a senior maker, you will support the workshop team by building and sometimes fitting, one-off bespoke pieces of both residential and commercial furniture. You will work within the workshop and be expected to be able to do the following.
Read and communicate information from drawings and spec sheets.
Work competently with all machinery within a joinery workshop.
Maintain the quality standards set.
Have a good knowledge of materials and working with them
Manage your own time throughout the week to meet deadlines and times given.
Work well within a team towards a common goal.
Keep a tidy and organized workspace.
The ideal candidate will have,
A min of 5 years experience as a cabinet maker in a similar field.
Have in-depth knowledge of materials and working with them.
Have good time management
Good interpersonal, communication, and relationship skills
Be solution-focused and a creative thinker.
Be self-motivated but team-oriented.

Experience:
