About the role
Are you a confident leader with a passion for customer service, community engagement and helping people access services with ease?
Join the Welcome Centre team as a Customer Services Supervisor and Digital Lead and play a key role in shaping the future of customer services across the Isle of Man. Based between the Welcome Centre at the Sea Terminal and our growing network of Regional Hubs in Peel, Ramsey and Port Erin, you'll help lead the delivery of a wide range of services for residents, visitors and businesses.
In this exciting role, you'll share responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Welcome Centre network, supporting staff, overseeing service delivery and ensuring customers receive a high-quality experience across face-to-face, telephone, email and online channels. You'll lead and develop a team of Customer Service Officers, manage resources across multiple locations and support the continued development of new services and initiatives. With a varied mix of operational leadership, people management, problem solving and stakeholder engagement, you'll also support the expansion of our Regional Hubs, drive digital inclusion within local communities and help improve access to government services across the Island.
Working closely with internal departments, external organisations and community partners, you'll identify new opportunities, improve service delivery and promote the Welcome Centre as the Isle of Man Government's primary multi-channel customer service hub. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, improving services and making a real difference to the communities they serve. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for helping others, we'd love to hear from you!
