Due to an increasing workload, Berry Cranes Ltd, based in Towcester, Northamptonshire, are looking for an experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join our team.
We are ideally looking for an experienced operator. The successful candidate will be reliable, safety conscious, customer focused, and able to work well as part of a team.
Berry Cranes Ltd is a long established, family run crane hire company with a strong reputation built on safety, reliability, and customer service.
Pay and Benefits:
- £17.50 per hour during core hours
- Core hours:
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pmFriday, 8:00am – 3:30pm
- Time and a half for the first 4 overtime hours
- Double time payable after this
Additional benefits include:
- Bonus scheme worth up to £8 per day under qualifying conditions, paid monthly
- £15 mobile phone allowance
- 9% employer pension contribution fully paid by the company, with optional additional employee contributions available
- Overtime regularly available
Requirements:
- CPCS or NPORS Mobile Crane Operator card essential
- Experience operating Bocker cranes and All Terrains preferred
- Good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Commitment to safe working practices and customer care
