Asset Coach (Housing Related Support)
Service: Doorstep PTS (Person-led, Transitional, Strengths-based) Service
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Grimsby
Salary: £28, 372 pro rata
Please note: This is a fixed-term post until 31 December 2026, continuation beyond this date will depend on the outcome of service recommissioning.

We are looking for an Asset Coach to join our Person-led, Transitional, Strengths-based (PTS) Service . Someone who can build trusting relationships with young people, help them identify their strengths and goals, and support them to take control of their lives.
You’ll work 1-to-1 with individuals going through tough transitions, coaching them to overcome challenges, build confidence, and connect with their community. This is a values-driven role for someone who is kind, curious, and unafraid to challenge injustice. If you care deeply about young people and believe in their potential, we’d love to hear from you.
You will need a UK driving licence and access to a car for work
