Essential: A caring, compassionate and professional attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliability, flexibility and a commitment to providing high-quality care. A willingness to work weekdays, evenings and alternate weekends. The right to work in the UK. Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check. Desirable: Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar care role. NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards one). A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Knowledge of safeguarding, medication support and person-centred care.
Pay: £13.25-£13.35 per hour
