We are seeking to appoint a skilled and friendly Associate Dentist.

We have a part time 2 days, permanent, self employed position.
We are looking for an associate dentist who is an excellent communicator. You must be ethical and well-motivated with a strong desire to further your own development through postgraduate learning and CPD.
- 2 days - days available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Increased days maybe available from mid-2027 due to practice expansion.
- 1270 practice plan patients. 45% split on plan income. £15 for plan exam and £15 for scale and polish
- 45% split on private treatments and lab fees.
- £14 per UDA – small child only NHS contract – no target, approx. 100 per year.
- There would be excellent potential for associates who are either specialists in orthodontics / endodontics/periodontology or currently training towards these. Or associates who have completed The Tipton Training or are currently undertaking this.
- Immediate start is available subject to the usual checks. References/ DBS / Hep B.
Requirements:
- Applicants are to be at least two years post BDS qualification.
- GDC registration, Hep B immunity, Indemnity Insurance , 2 Clinical References
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Pro-active approach /desire to further your knowledge / skills by attending external courses/ CPD events.
- Ability to constructively and openly discuss any issues /differences in opinion in a professional manner to aid learning and development for both parties.
