The successful candidate will ideally have experience in administration or an inspection roles but not essential as a full training program is provided. This will include training and support in you achieving your Rent Smart Wales agent qualification.
The roles will include:
- Use of our CRM system to ensure quick and efficient communication, liaising with landlords, tenants and subcontractors alike.
- General administration duties include maintaining the property database, ensuring all files and records are up to date and letter/email creation.
- Conducting housing inspections and visiting properties across North Wales.
- Producing inventories using smartphones and tablets.
- Responsible for collating of safety certificates for letting properties, ensuring the database is kept updated at all times.
- Confidently communicating with tenants, landlords, contractors and internal teams via email and phone.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, paperwork and contact information.
- Update internal Excel spreadsheets.
Person Specification
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Experience working to tight deadlines, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Must be computer literate with excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Must have full UK driving license for at least 2 years
Working Hours: 8:45am - 5:30pm Mon - Friday. 38.75hrs total. Saturday 9am-1pm on rota, typically 1 per month.
