Chassis Cab aims to provide our customers with a first class, reliable service, which reflects our standing as market leader as a main dealer for the supply of DAF Truck and in the provision of a second to none after sales.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Workshop Compliance Supervisor to join our team at our Bury St Edmunds depot in Suffolk. We are now looking to recruit a replacement for this key role within the business.
The Role:
You will oversee the day-to-day business activities, ensuring the productivity levels remain high whilst customer satisfaction levels are exceeded.
- Ensuring high levels of compliance to internal and franchise requirements
- Ensuring high levels MOT pass rates and quality checks
- Assist with Workshop planning
- Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Co-ordinating logistics
- Support Service Admin and Warranty Department where required
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
- Assist Service Manager to ensure KPIs and Dealer Requirements are met
Qualifications and experience required:
- Will have a strong knowledge of compliance
- A preferred background in the automotive industry, but not essential
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a busy Workshop
- High level of computer literacy
- Detail orientated
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours per week) including one hour for lunch.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
